What makes this even more frustrating is that they have no problem accepting deposits through various methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and more. After repeatedly trying to resolve the issue with customer service and getting nowhere, I became extremely frustrated. I ended up making several reckless bets, lost the remaining balance, and ultimately closed my account. I’m actually glad I discovered these issues before depositing or spending thousands of dollars.
