## What is Troškovnik?

Troškovnik turns the paper receipts you already get into a private, searchable
expense log — without sending your data anywhere.

Scan the QR code on a fiscal receipt and Troškovnik fetches the full details
straight from the Tax Administration portal: merchant, date, items, taxes and
total. Everything is saved locally in an encrypted database on your phone.
No account, no cloud, no tracking.

Works with receipts from Serbia, Republika Srpska and Montenegro — in dinars,
convertible marks and euros.

WHY TROŠKOVNIK

• Private by design — all data stays on your device, encrypted (AES-256).
  We run no server and collect nothing.
• Fast capture — scan the receipt QR and you're done; manual entry as a backup.
• Never lose a receipt — even if the merchant hasn't posted the items to the
  tax server yet, the receipt is saved and its items are filled in automatically
  later.

PRIVACY

Troškovnik does not contain ads, analytics or third-party tracking. The only
internet connection it makes is directly to the official Tax Administration
