## What is Trotec Assistent?

Trotec Assistent is the smart remote control for all Trotec HomeComfort devices supported by Trotec Assistent, such as the air conditioner PAC W 2600 SH. With this mobile app, you can control your HomeComfort device not only at home, but also when you are on the move. For example, switching on or off, changing the mode from cooling to heating, ventilation or dehumidification, changing the target temperature or activating the timer function – easily and quickly via WLAN with Trotec Assistent.
Functions (if supported by the terminal device):
•	Remote controlling of all Trotec devices supported by Trotec Assistent via WLAN
•	Switching the device on and off
•	Changing the operating mode, for instance from cooling to heating, ventilation or dehumidification mode
•	Selecting the desired target temperature
•	Setting up a switch-on and switch-off schedule 
•	Configuring a countdown timer
•	Activating night mode for an automatic successive increase of temperature in cooling mode or decrease in heating mode
•	Changing device-specific settings, for instance the swing function or blower level of the PAC W 2600 SH

Seit heute wird mir in der App die Soll- und Ist Temperatur nicht mehr angezeigt. 
So kann ich das Klimagerät nicht fernsteuern. Ich hoffe, der Fehler wird mit dem Support behoben.

Die Steuerung mit der App funktioniert gut, allerdings fehlen mir zwei Dinge:

1. Bei Smart Automation gibt es aktuell nur die Außentemperatur als Trigger für eine Automation. Ich finde hier die interne Raum-Temperatur die das Trotec PAC-W 2650 Gerät messen kann viel sinnvoller.

2. Bei Smart Automation funktioniert die Regelung „Set Temp“ nicht. Das Gerät schaltet zwar mit Hilfe der Automation korrekt ein aber die von mir z.B. eingestellte Temperatur 19 Grad (oder höher) wird immer auf 16 Grad gestellt. Warum?
