## What is Trotty?

Trotty helps you take back your focus — with a little horse cheering you on.

Pick the apps that steal your time, start a focus session, and Trotty blocks them completely until you're done. Every 10 minutes of focus earns you carrots. Want to unlock a blocked app early? It'll cost you carrots — so breaking your own rules always has a price.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose the apps to block (SNS, video, games — anything)
• Start a focus session or set a daily routine (e.g. every day 9–12)
• Blocked apps show a shield screen until the session ends
• Earn carrots by staying focused, spend them if you really need out
