Card selection is meh.. lots of base modern cards, chases aren’t anything special, wish they had more vintage cards or a vintage sport pack. No easy way to see how much value cards have gained (they offer a percentage-based chart, but just give me the dang dollar amount! What’s the difference — in dollars — today vs. when I pulled the card?) Wish list: 1. A marketplace. Let users sell/trade with each other. 2. Two-way PSA vault transfer. If they had a marketplace, would be awesome to be able to move cards from my PSA vault to Trove for trading/selling. Overall not bad, but has a long way to go if they want to take market share from Arena Club, Courtyard, etc. But the PSA vault integration & anytime 90% FMV offer really sets them apart. If they can build off of that by improving odds, card selection, and more ways for users to trade/interact, I could see them really taking off. ### 4/5 — Nice app *2026-08-03* I like this app a lot. It easy to withdraw money after selling your cards ,only the thing with getting your cards shipped to you i didn’t figure out yet ### 2/5 — Lag *2026-05-22* There is a lot of lag for this app. Whenever I make a purchase and after the pay settles, I have to close the app to reopen it to sell it then close the app to reopen the app to make another purchase or even to look in my vault. It’s not consistent. But it’s better than the others so it gets 2 stars rather than just the 1 lol sorry Trove… 🤷🏻‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2026-05-19* Card doesn’t ship from Trove it can only get transferred to PSA vault and then you can ship it cost was $12 and some change. Rips is a better app Plus to get the money you have in the Trove account you got to link you bank account info supposed to be checking and profile but for some reason they also want you statement info as well to much info got to jump the hoops not cool👎 ### 3/5 — It’s ok but don’t like the fees when making a deposit. *2026-05-17* I’ve done similar concepts as this and the cool thing is you can have cards in your vault and the value can fluctuate. For me, however, taking an almost $5 fee on every $100 purchase is not something I’m going to do any more (I’ve spent around $500). They already have the edge and this feels greedy. ### 1/5 — Withdrawal issue but fun *2026-05-15* App itself is fun, amazing and awesome cards but it’s fast to take your money but when try to withdrawal it’s just stuck there and with no live support the biggest issue of this app is withdrawing your money. ### 2/5 — Glitches! *2026-05-15* Context and design are solid. However, the app constantly freezes. For example, after pulling a card, I’m often unable to sell it because the screen becomes unresponsive. I have to quit and restart the app before I can sell the card. Since there is only a two-minute buyback window, this becomes stressful, especially when it happens repeatedly. ### 2/5 — Withdrawal has issues *2026-05-14* It’s fun but the main part being the withdrawal of your money needs work. I’m waiting on quite a few withdrawals and it’s been over 5 days with absolutely no help from support. I even paid extra to have it sent instantly. The app is easy to buy cards, but what happens after that is a joke! You can’t get your cards without setting up a “PSA Vault” account, providing your social security number, and paying several hidden fees (that aren’t shown you when you buy). I spent $750 before trying to simply mail my cards to myself, which proved to be a nightmare. Trust me, it’s NOT WORTH IT! Run from this app! ### 1/5 — Poor app *2026-08-18* I’ve been using this app to pull pokemon and its be terrible pull rates. They sent me a survey to do for rewards and it’s glitching and won’t let you do it. I guess it’s poorly designed or they just don’t want you to receive a free $25 in trove cash ### 1/5 — You’re just going to lose *2026-07-10* The app works just like a slot machine. When you profit on a card it’s USUALLY a 1%-20% gain but when you lose on a card it’s usually a 20%-50% loss. When you hit a chase card once in a blue moon it’s not one of the good ones and just a 3-4x on the pack price. Terrible app ### 1/5 — Points ? *2026-07-08* Did you all go on vacation and forget that you had an app to run? The loyalty program was supposed to be available last month. I would like to use my points. ### 1/5 — It‘s a Scam *2026-07-03* Can‘t withdraw my Money and you need a PSA Account to get physical cards. They make it super complicated to get your money back but super easy to deposit it in your wallet. That‘s a Scam for me. ### 1/5 — Hidden fees and cant get card *2026-06-22* Downloaded this bc I trusted the partnership with PSA. Initially the app looked great but the problem came when I tried to get a card shipped to me. First it wasn’t disclosed that in order to ship a card it has to go to psa vault first which include hidden feed. Second in order to request a card my identity had to be verified which required my social security number, never was mentioned before, third in order to start verification I had to deposit money into my trove account, and lastly but most importantly I tried to transfer to mu psa vault which was supposed to be instant but it was never transferred and dont have the option to sell back the card anymore. Looks like im out $400 while I dispute this with my cc company. ### 1/5 — Sounds good, but isn’t. *2026-06-21* Saw an advertisement for this from PSA and figured I would try it. Glad I checked the odds first. They are terrible compared to other apps. Also they charge a service fee just to open a pack! Nothing quite compares to the real thing but this comes super close. Fantastic cards within each pack. Fair valuations. And they truly value their customers. Happy customer so far. But now it’s just like the other app called RIPS. I thought this was a different app but now it’s all the same. ### 5/5 — Average - need improvements *2026-05-16* The probability do make sense however the chances of hitting of good card are so limited / low. Probably opened 100 packs and yet to hit a high value , chase card or grail card. Also it’s applicable only for US to withdraw funds to bank or do card transfers. So if you’re from UK or anywhere else you will ultimately only own the card digitally, until they put in place card transfers worldwide.
