## What is Trovu Reader?

Trovu Reader is an ebook and article reader for iPhone Duo, iPad, and Apple silicon Macs. Import your own books and documents, save articles from the web, follow RSS feeds, and listen to anything with text-to-speech.

SUPPORTED FORMATS
EPUB, PDF, DRM-free Kindle/MOBI, FictionBook, comics, and plain text. Import from the Files app.

READING
Adjust font, spacing, margins, and page color for books and articles. Scroll or turn pages, with two-page spreads on wider screens. Light, dark, sepia, and black themes.

READ ALOUD
Listen with built-in system voices or download optional Kokoro voices that run entirely on your device. Includes background playback, lock-screen controls, adjustable speed and skip intervals, and a sleep timer. The playback bar can be moved or minimized.

HIGHLIGHTS AND NOTES
Highlight, underline, bookmark, and add notes. Organize with collections and tags. Export annotations as Markdown, JSON, or CSV, or share text to Apple Notes.

ARTICLES AND FEEDS
Save web articles from the Share menu or with Shortcuts. Subscribe to RSS and Atom feeds, import OPML, and organize feeds into folders. Browse OPDS and Calibre catalogs, Open Library, and Internet Archive.

SCANNING AND PDF MARKUP
Scan paper pages into PDFs with your iPhone or iPad camera. Optional text recognition makes scans searchable. Annotate PDFs and share marked-up copies.

SYNC AND SUMMARIES
Sync your library, reading positions, notes, highlights, collections, tags, and feed subscriptions through iCloud. Set reading goals and track your progress. On devices that support Apple Intelligence, summarize passages, pages, or chapters on-device. Summaries are saved as notes.
