Hopefully I have no trouble on my phone or iPad! 4 stars because I haven't seen it in action yet. ### 4/5 — Great *2012-01-19, version 1.0* One of the best things Troy could've done. Only thing is I hate having to log in my email each time! Other than that I like it! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 2/5 — Needs updating *2013-08-19, version 1.5* Was great for 12-13 year but now that the new 13-14 year has begun nothing has been updated. The date in calendar are all for the previous year and so many other things as such are no longer even relevant for this year. I'll change the rating of an update ever happens. ### 2/5 — Needs improvement for iPad mini *2013-04-23, version 1.5* It is very difficult to navigate using this app. The font appears blurred. It seemed slow. Please make adjustments for viewing via the iPad mini. ### 3/5 — Not able to view entire emails *2020-04-06, version 3.0* Since the last update, when I view my Troy emails, I am not able to scroll up/down to view the entire content of ALL emails. With the Troy email it is kind of annoying logging in every time especially because most student emails have numbers in it and you have to go back and forth between the keyboards. The black board access is good. You can do discussion boards from within the app and almost everything else you can do on blackboard via computer but it does leave out a few things. The reason why I only rated it 3 stars is because it tends to take forever loading the blackboard sometimes ( and no it is not my Internet) and it quits on its own a lot, which is super annoying and frustrating. ### 3/5 — Ok *2012-01-12, version 1.0* Email works nice. But you have to log in each time which is kind of time consuming. Also I have iPhone 4s and if I try to access blackboard it freezes up. Bb was the main reason I wanted the app but doesn't seem to work on my phone. Wish they had the app that u could personalize to the ecampus site. As a graduate student I don't really need the athletics and Facebook information. Would rather have a calendar that was specific to the ecampus schedule. ### 3/5 — Thanks for Mobile App *2012-01-09, version 1.0* My old school had a mobile app and it was great!!! I kept looking for Troys mobile app. I am so glad that we finally have one!!!! I had to give it 3 stars though because it is not personalized like other schools. I would like to be able to chk my email, see my courses and grades by putting in my id from the start menu. All of my info in one place. ### 4/5 — Good App! *2024-11-11, version 6.2* I am on online student. I like this because I can use it in the go. No, it’s not the greatest app, but for checking quickly on grades and assignments it does what I need it to.
