## What is TRP?

TRP-ZA is a calm productivity companion for days when focus rises and falls. Match work to your cognitive tide, spend a daily energy budget on purpose, and keep soft exits when you need them. No streaks. No guilt.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Tide
Check in with how your bandwidth feels right now—Rising, Steady, Ebbing, Foggy, or Stormy. See your daily energy wallet and get channel suggestions that fit the moment.

Channels
Run reusable focus flows: Deep Work, Soft Start, Body Reset, Sensory Shield, and Transition. Choose Gear S, M, or L, start a timed session, pause anytime, and leave early without losing progress.

Capture
Park thoughts before they scatter. Score friction from feather-light to boulder-heavy, then convert an idea into a Soft Start channel when you are ready.

Mirror
Look back without judgment—channel minutes, session logs, and tide patterns as personal productivity reflections.

Nest
Tend the environment that carries focus: water, rest minutes, and sensory signals. Care is optional and never scored. Open Settings from Nest for reminders, local backup, and legal details.

WHY TRP-ZA
• Built around cognitive tide and energy budget—not streak pressure
• Soft Start and Sensory Shield stay available when energy is low
• Pause or stop early; momentum still counts
