## What is Trrreats?

Trying to cut down on the amount of cakes and chocolates you eat? With Trreats you can regulate how often you treat yourself based on how much exercise you do. 

Set how many steps you take or calories you burn that'll earn you a treat. Accumulate Trrreats as you go along. 

Trrreats is your ultimate companion to your Apple Watch exercise data or your iPhone’s steps data. It will automatically track and give you treats based on how much you exercise.

If you have an Apple Watch you can add your Treat progress to display as a complication on your watch face.

Let the amount of exercise you do reward you with a Trrreat. It's up to you to decide when to use your treats and what it'll be.

Treats integrates with Apple Health app to track how many steps you take and how many active calories you burn. This data is in no way stored or uploaded outside of the app and is not accessed in any other way but for the purpose of the app.
