TRT Log is a record-keeping app for anyone on an injectable therapy — testosterone, HCG, peptides, GLP-1 or hormone therapy. Log a dose in seconds, rotate sites properly, watch your bloodwork trend, and walk into an appointment with a summary instead of a notes app.

Fixed: after three feedback prompts the app stopped asking permanently. The yearly window now resets the way Apple's own limit does. The prompt also arrives on the 2nd, 8th and 20th logged dose rather than every twelfth.
