After having visited two separate locations, approximately a dozen times now, I can say with conviction that there is no direction within this company and nobody knows what they’re doing there. That goes from the staff that takes your order and collects your payment, to the staff that makes your bowl or smoothie, to the staff that operates customer support through the app, to the programmers that develop the app, to the partners selected for payment services. Just an absolute soup of incompetence and ‘couldn’t care less’ types. Find a different quick serve food service business that does the same thing, there are lots out there now. Will continue using the website instead for orders. ### 1/5 — Really poor experience *2024-09-16* First, I could not find anywhere to add a gift card for payment. I did not know what oz correlated to what size of drink. It just says small medium large. I had no options to remove an ingredient. I added special instruction to remove banana from something and it clearly had banana. They do not give an option to order first and pay when you get there so I had to use cash instead of the gift card. I tried to log in on a browser to see if I could add gift card there and could not log in. It said an account didn’t exist with the email but I had just created one and was ordering with it. ### 4/5 — Cannot redeem reward on app *2024-09-05* Great food and service, but the app could use an update. Tried placing an order on the app and could not use the available birthday reward. I even tried to order straight from the Rewards link that says Order Now and the reward still doesn’t work. We will have to order in store and wait for the order instead of picking up. I hope the other rewards can be used without any issues.
