Much work done with landscaper to get the system to connect. Finally connecterd. Walked to other side of house lost connection and couldnt reconmect without completely unplugging system and spending another 30 minutes trying to connect. You need to serioulsy work on this app. ### 3/5 — Cannot connect using app *2023-11-13* App comes without instructions, requires a chat with the company to get instructions. No info or troubleshooting info on website, either. There is no explanation about how any of this works, nor how to set up your system from within the app. This wasn’t developed with customers in mind. ### 4/5 — App *2022-03-19* Very easy to setup to the transformer. When you initially login to the app I don’t understand and don’t like the first screen. What does offline and demo even mean. It should just bring you to your profile. ### 4/5 — Update to my last review *2020-08-25* The app wasn’t opening the LED transformer but cutting power to the transformer for 5 minutes did the trick. Glad i am back in business but there really should be a manual override. Thus four stars.
