The Tru-Test Data Link app enables to you download session files from your Tru-Test device and upload them to Datamars Livestock, email or share the session files, or send them to your national traceability program, whether you’re out in the yards or back at home.

Very helpful tool but getting the weighing sessions to upload to the cloud is exceedingly painful and slow, if it works at all.

Bluetooth on phone connects to the stick but when I click connect to the model on the app it’s comes up with “select accessory” but there’s nothing to select so I can’t exactly use the app

I can make my IPhone and my Mac connect the XRP2i by Bluetooth but the app doesn’t run on it. I can’t connect the Bluetooth in my Windows, or download the day through the serial cable but I can login. What is the point?

Takes at least 20 minutes to connect to my phone then another 10-15 to download any sessions. If I am patient enough to get to this point, the app then works great.

Occasionally it will show in accessory connection the srs - but then next it fails
Most Datamars products aren’t compatible even within their own systems- ie try VID - a very basic requirement- or try Lid when scanning to id5000 all needs to be manually entered.

As for wasting time watching their lessons.. no useful details provided

I use the app mainly with the XRS2 scanner. App needs the functionality to be able to upload files and alert files to the device. 

Currently the only way to upload files is through a PC. Really frustrating when the usb Port has had to been repaired twice now. As the data transfer usb loom is unreliable.

App works and interfaces with desktop software, 
 But it would be very handy if you could edit the individual animal info for each session on the iPhone, 
if when accessing the session individual animal data it could display the animal weight aswell as the individual name or number and 
have the ability to erase the extra or incorrect animal weights that have been recorded before uploading the session info onto the web platform

no where in app to provide feedback which would allow them to improve the software for what users actually want

This is a nice app. When you click on an individual session it would be helpful if it showed weight next to VID rather than having to click on each individual animal. An app like the MiHub on desktop would be so so good.
