I signed up for a free trial and still got charged for the free month and months thereafter even when I tried to cancel it. After I canceled it the app shows no membership but still kept charging me. They ignored my request to fix this so I showed my card company screenshots to prove it. Some of the events are nice but half the time they have incorrect event descriptions so the perks include false claims about the events, was promised a full outfit but they ran out and didn’t have enough for everyone despite knowing exactly how many people are attending. One time the event listed refreshments and snacks and there was just water that the venue always provides. So fraudulent misrepresentations about free trial and event gifts and impossible to cancel. TruBe Support team ### 1/5 — DONT USE THIS APP *2025-05-07* I should have read the other reviews before downloading.. also have been in contact with customer service for a month trying to cancel my account and get a refund on a month that was charged and i forgot to cancel. When they finally responded they paused my account and i was still charged for the next month after i asked to CANCEL! I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months now and they are STILL charging my card. Not to mention there is no cancellation button on the app & there is no where to edit your payment information. I have reached out to them SEVERAL times with no resolution to this issue and they are still charging my card. They claimed that they have no record of payment however I have sent them screenshots of my bank statements of the payments. I’ve sent multiple messages over the last couple weeks via the contact form on their website and haven’t heard back. Don’t let them convince you that they’re really in Los Angeles. I love the variety of workouts available — there’s something for every mood and fitness level. One of my favourite things is the amazing locations where the classes take place. Training at beautiful venues and 5 star hotels makes every session feel unique and much more enjoyable.
