Hace cuatro días que no hay recargas, ni para mí ni para mis amigos. Ni siquiera sé qué hacer. El soporte técnico me ignora.

Hago una recarga en pesos argentinos, pero los fondos no llegan. A mis conocidos tampoco, ya van 4 días. No aparece en el historial ni en el chequeo. Escribí al servicio de asistencia, pero no responden. Es una gran estafa encubierta por una bonita fachada.

Cada vez empeora la aplicación, anteriormente de repente se cerraba la sesión y cuando volvías a abrir tu área de favoritos se llenaba con 20 opciones más que tú ni escogías y ahora cuando quieres cancelar la operación picas el botón en la opción que quieres cancelar y se cancela cualquier otra excepto la seleccionada y si estás operando scalping pues la aplicación actualmente lo complica mucho

3/5 depósitos que hago a esta aplicación en su cuenta ARCUS, se demoran en ocasiones hasta 8 horas en verse reflejado. Si lo que uno necesita es usdt o cualquier crypto de manera “rápida”, te limita bastante ya que el precio al que previsualizabas comprar estará diferente para cuando se vea reflejado el dinero. Agrégale que el dinero (en mi caso Mxn) una vez depositado, no se puede retirar hasta que compres alguna crypto y después retirar la crypto. El servicio al cliente igual deja mucho que desear, con poca empatía y poco personal.

Conocí TruBit en Blockchain Land 2022, me ayudaron a descargar su App y cuando me enteré que se podía compar Cripto sin comisiones, lo intenté vía SPEI y llegó en un par de minutos. 

Uno de sus instrumentos financieros más seguros es Gana ➕ básicamente te dan recompensas por tener tu dinero en el exchange. En mi caso yo lo comencé a usar con MMXN y USDT, Stablecoins bastante confiables. 🤝🇲🇽

Hablé con el servicio a cliente y me resolvieron muy rapido porque no pasaban mis documentos 😓 Los subí tal cual me explicaron y en menos de 24 horas ya tenia acceso total a todas las funciones.
