TruBlu Factual Streaming Network is home to some of the biggest personalities in crime and investigation. Spearheaded by Chris Hansen, we examine scams, catch predators and bring you a fresh supply of gripping crime programs and documentaries. 

To access all features and content you can subscribe to TruBlu Factual Streaming Network, LLC on yearly or monthly basis with an auto-renewing subscription right inside the app.* Pricing can vary by region and will be confirmed before purchase in the app. In app subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of their cycle.

We purchased the subscription to watch people get arrested. Instead, we log in only to get met with American Gospel TV on our app. This sucks we are paying for stuff we cant watch.

I already paid a subscription, and now you have the nerve to block me from watching anything on this app, trying to make me make an account, despite me paying for it?! That’s not going to keep me subscribed. Enjoy that last 5 dollars you ripped off of me, I’m done!

I had an account and I loved it, but then one day the app updated and I could no longer login with my Apple account.   And since login with Apple is no longer there I guess I’ll just have to cancel.

I’m rating this current update the worst I can give it. How you charging me for a service that I can’t even access from my device that I was accessing just fine before this so called update??? While Chris out here Catching Predators, how about fix your app. That would be helpful. And give a refund for lack of service on your part.

It's unusable.. That's all!  The old version was not perfect but at least was efficient.  This version is a piece of work.  Luckily I've canceled my yearly subscription.  Such a shame for the people responsible for this mess.

Okay it wasn’t perfect but it was perfectly fine. I don’t open the app for maybe a month and in the time I was away there has been a horrendous update… no you can’t call it an update, it’s literally a downgrade. Captions don’t work, autoplay doesn’t exist, pausing and playing with AirPods doesn’t work, all comments from videos are gone. And to top it all off, the app support seems to not exist. This is my only way to voice the glaring issues with this app right now.  I’m not saying it’s easy to program an app, but it was fine before. None of the current issues/lack of features were a problem before. Now an update has somehow removed features it previously had and doesn’t operate properly. This needs fixed please

I don’t like the fact that my subscription which I’ve had for years is now useless as I can no long log in yet my monthly subscription is still valid and paid for.  Seems they are moving away from the App Store or some change and they are asking me to subscribe again.  Seems like my current paid subscription should continue at least for the time I already paid for.
