Instead, we log in only to get met with American Gospel TV on our app. This sucks we are paying for stuff we cant watch. ### 2/5 — What happened to this app *2026-08-12, version 11.000.2* Okay it wasn’t perfect but it was perfectly fine. I don’t open the app for maybe a month and in the time I was away there has been a horrendous update… no you can’t call it an update, it’s literally a downgrade. Captions don’t work, autoplay doesn’t exist, pausing and playing with AirPods doesn’t work, all comments from videos are gone. And to top it all off, the app support seems to not exist. This is my only way to voice the glaring issues with this app right now. I’m not saying it’s easy to program an app, but it was fine before. None of the current issues/lack of features were a problem before. Now an update has somehow removed features it previously had and doesn’t operate properly. They did not send any link or information when I asked to rest my password too. I was able to log in for a few days, then all of a sudden I wasn’t able to log in. Clicking forgot password didn’t send me a reset email. It’s like my account just got deleted or something. Of course it didn’t show any active subscription. There is a help link on their webpage but it doesn’t work. I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card.
