TruckDelay turns the hours your drivers spend waiting at gates and bays into evidence-backed claim packs your customers actually pay.

Start a wait at the gate, capture photos, scan booking references, dictate voice notes, and pin the wait to a real GPS location. Vision OCR and Speech-to-Text pre-extract reference numbers and licence-plate text on-device.

— Live Activities + Widgets
Active waits show on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island so the running timer is one glance away — no need to keep the app open while you load.

— Dispatcher Review
Bulk-mark waits as approved, claim-ready, or needing review. The status pipeline keeps every wait visible until finance has decided what to do with it.

— Finance Freeze + Claim Pack PDFs
Pick a customer, pick the claim-ready waits, freeze the snapshot. TruckDelay computes chargeable durations against your contractual grace and rounding rules, hashes the evidence chain (SHA-256), and exports an A4 PDF you can AirDrop, email, or save to Files. The pack carries every photo, voice note, OCR result, and timestamp.

Reliability scores per customer, claim-recovery rate over time, and a clear "what's stuck where" pipeline view.

— Offline-first
Everything works without a signal. Waits, evidence, voice notes, and pack drafts queue locally and sync once you're back online. Sync uses stable idempotency keys and resumable multipart uploads.

- We do not track you across other apps.

2.	Driver home reorder — Start CTA / active-wait hero now sits directly under the photo hero, ahead of the job card. ~40% less scroll to primary action.
3.	Data-anchored Paywall hero — quotes the user's own captured value when workspace has chargeable history. Driver-home cap path and Finance-detail gate path both pass the workspace through.
