Can’t do certain permissions as it refuses to press continue. Useless app every year

Tried several times to setup, but can’t get past the login and no confirmation email received, have checked my junk folder too, please sort out access for us all before the festival! Thanks

Then briefly flashes up 
Logged in  then straight away says
Session expired.
