Aiming at a steady improvement of our service quality, a basic feature for an overall Customer Satisfaction, we are informing you that in order to provide tools ever more up-to-date, TDT has made available the new “Truck Info TDT” APP. Ths APP is an important additional support for the Users. They will be able to check Terminal activity in real time, offering more info of the container status and availability. The aim of this APP is making work more fluid maximizing operations and minimizing times acceptance and delivery of containers. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.5.3 — 2025-07-03 Updated reserved area with new monitoring features ### 1.5.0 — 2024-03-26 Restyling logo ### 1.4.0 — 2024-03-07 Aggiornamento logo istituzionale ### 1.3.2 — 2023-06-21 New recent functionality info Among the latest functionalities of the APP we mention the possibility of reporting any damage to the container. At the time of pick up the unit, if the trucker note that it’s damaged, it’s possible to open the damage report independently, by attaching max 4 photos illustrating necessarily the damage and the container door showing the unit number. It’s compulsory that this notification take place inside the Terminal Darsena Toscana, otherwise it’s not valid. TDT check the position by the geolocation system. At the end of the damage registration a message will be sent to our website and to our Damages Office. If the Trucker wrote the correct mail the damage report is also sent to his competent office. This new functionality will guarantee the carrier greater speed than the previous existing procedure. The last news The latest news of the APP concerns the possibility of data entry for a reservation in order to pick up FULL container (IMPORT) or for delivery of FULL containers (EXPORT). The main goal is to speed up the delivery/acceptance procedures when the driver arrives at the gate. To make a reservation from the APP, just register on our website (www.tdt.it). Once authorizations has been received from TDT, a reservation can be made. At the end of data entry for the reservation the receipt must be printed. As far as EXPORT containers, once the driver arrives to the gate offices, he have to read by the Totem, the QR code existing on the receipt and print the interchange. For the IMPORT the same procedure of the DVRC will be valid. Two important notes, reservations will remain alive for 48 hrs after which they will be automatically cancelled. If there is an error in pre-entering the data, the reservation cannot be changed but must be cancelled and re-entered again.
