Where’s the contact information so I can get in touch with somebody. **Developer response:** Hello, Thanks for your contact. Sorry for the late response. We are not sure what the issue was. We've had several people signed up. Please let us know if you have any questions at support@truckit-app.com Common issues are: answering the qualifying questions incorrectly, not giving a valid email, or information that didn't match. If these things are correct you should have no issue signing up. We did however, have an issue with a new Government regulation that stopped SMS texting. They had a new rule and gave no instructions on how to comply. If that was it please try again as it has been corrected. ### 1/5 — No SMS code sent *2023-03-07* I’ve tried several times with no SMS code sent to finish the account creation process. **Developer response:** Thank you. Yes we had an issue. Sorry for the late response. The Government came out with a new regulation but never gave instructions on what we needed to comply with. Everything is corrected now. Thanks again for your patience and understanding. ### 1/5 — Agree *2023-02-21* Says you can’t be hire, but I deliver for the biggest delivery company in the world making $42 an hour with red carpet health insurance. Passed my dot physical every 2 years and this company says that I can’t drive my 2016 Chevrolet 2500 Hd with crew cab and 8’ bed. We have a 45’ 5th wheel we’ve drive twice around the country, and a utility trailer that can haul 5000 pounds of sod (2 pallets). I figured out what I’m gonna do. **Developer response:** Hello. Literally looked all over Texas and nothing. I find it hard to believe that there is nothing available. To me, this app is a waste of time and money, especially since I spent money for their driver badges. ### 1/5 — Scam Likely *2025-08-28* I signed up paid my money and not one job! This is the world we live in now. There are better big apps for delivery that actually pay out after spending money on background checks ### 1/5 — This app is a joke *2025-02-19* I’ve had an account on this app for a little over a year and there’s no work on there and none of the very few requests are even real. Just now I got a notification for a job. When I opened it, turns out it’s a lady who is looking for a long term relationship and looking to be hauled away for $200 posting inappropriate photos of herself. I took screenshots and deleted my account and deleted the app. Just a waste of time, and a disappointment. ### 1/5 — Pay to play *2024-10-23* Lost me when they send you to some random third party that makes you pay to be verified. Not a good business model when you are pretty much a nobody. Also not a good look to prey on veterans and military then spring costs to participate. I ty to redownload the app it ask for payment methods just to download the app ehich doesn’t make because im a worker not a customer at this point. But even when i update payment method. It says this debit xard is already on file. And won’t allow me to download the app.. ### 1/5 — App not working *2023-11-13* I could never pass through the registration process because no SMS was ever sent for Confirmation Code. I tried multiple times and verified I did input my phone correctly but nothing happened. **Developer response:** Sorry for the late response. Our SMS was down due to a new Government reg. They made a rule but never explained how to update to be in compliance. The SMS company had no idea either. It took months of trial and error to comply with the Government and they were no help. We hope you were able to get signed up. This issue is corrected and you can now get the App with no issues. Thanks for your patience and understanding. This App is not a scam. The Government came out with a new regulation on SMS texting and did not give any instructions as to how to comply. I have made 0 deliveries with other apps so far. After mileage & gas it isn’t worth it unless you have a small car. Most of the other apps don’t allow you to make your own quote. I really enjoy that feature because you can price your time and mileage the way that works for you. There has been issues here and there but the support team response in a timely manner and helps resolve any issue I had. They went out of their way to make things work. I enjoy the talking to a real human aspect vs getting an automated system on other platforms. My last pick up/drop off gig on this platform paid me what was agreed upon and i don’t feel like it was a waste of time like other platforms have made me feel. Even after gas I was able to put a reasonable amount in my pocket for my time and labor and that means a lot. I would absolutely recommend this app and looking forward to it growing. Support team has been great with communication and that helps out the most. I’ve had other apps take days to respond. ### 5/5 — New driver for Truck it! *2024-04-30* I just recently signed up to be a Truck it driver. This Truck it app is set up and laid out really well and the Company is highly motivated. They are constantly expanding to new areas and seem to always be updating the app. If you are in need of having something picked up and/or delivered don’t hesitate to use Truck it I’m sure you will be more than satisfied with the service you receive. And if you are looking for a way to earn extra cash I would say download this app now and sign up as a new driver then hit the road.
