The Truckbase app updates load status to our customers and our office instantly when drivers mark it on their phone. It has expedited our invoicing, eliminated the need for tracking calls and emails as updates are pushed directly to customers and given our drivers access to documents related to the shipment they are assigned to. Also I have used the app to dispatch loads to drivers right from my phone.
