## What is TruckHQ Crew?

TruckHQ Crew is the crew-side app for moving companies that run on TruckHQ. Your manager builds the day's dispatch board on the web dashboard; this app is how you see your part of it.

SEE YOUR SCHEDULE
Know whether you're on a truck, on call or on extras, and what time you're due in — without waiting for a group text. Your phone is alerted the moment your manager publishes a change.

KEEP YOUR OWN HOURS
Log the hours you work and the tips you make, day by day, with a running weekly total. It replaces the notes app on your phone. Tips you record stay private to you.

SEND REQUESTS WITHOUT CHASING ANYONE
Ask for time off or submit an extra-pay request straight from your phone, and see the decision and your manager's note when it comes back.

STAY IN THE LOOP
Company announcements land in the app, so you're not the last to hear.

FILL IN SPOT CHECKS
Complete the truck and site checks your company uses, including photos, right from the job.

REPORT DAMAGE FROM THE JOB
If something gets damaged, report it from your phone with photos — it lands with the office instantly.

You'll need an invite code from your manager to get started. TruckHQ Crew is for employees of moving companies that subscribe to TruckHQ.
