Worst eld in the market since I purchased it and paid for the yearly subscription i have been experiencing all types of issues with this app it’s go from driving to on duty not driving by itself,costumer service is never available, pure garbage

This ELD software is just terrible.   It is just flat terrible and you will be eating your money if you buy it.  The interface provides no useful information.  It did not integrate with the TMS software like I was told.  Don’t waste your time or money.

Have some issues on the app, working my way through, wil be much better if we can see the remaining driving time, and also show minutes instead of this 0.3hrs or so just show how many minutes we been on the status. Thinking of returning this after 1 hr trying to connect to Bluetooth and app stays on driving without any options to change it. Even with the truck off.after deleting the app and reinstalling this thing still shows I’m moving. Go figures the quality of the product!!!

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback.  We always appreciate your feedback and ideas.  Things were very hectic with our product deploy and everyone going live for the Dec 18 mandate.  We have deployed many code fixes since you started.  You should notice the app running much faster and all of the problems you mentioned have been fixed.  Thank you for your continued support.
