Unless you have good WiFi access or max bars on cellular, hard to use it at all, reliably on the road. It’s a simple app, so there must be a fix, but in the 18 months using it, mobile access is extremely hit or miss which can be really frustrating for $30 plus a month. The road is where we need this to work. As an office platform it’s good. Simple and easy to understand interface, which is great! Allows me to see all my dispatch information, keep my boss updated on where I am with check calls, and add/manage my expenses and fuel purchases. Something really awesome? App keeps crashing tried on a different device it worked for one trip and now it won’t work either now. Terrible support ### 1/5 — POSTAL CODE *2022-10-10, version 7.5.8* This app allows you to set for Canadian usage. But it requires a mandatory postal code to proceed as part of the company address. The mandatory postal code will not allow Canadian postal codes so we are unable to proceed. ### 1/5 — Don’t Buy - Bad Service & Product not reliable *2022-05-24, version 7.5.1* My experience with TruckLogics has been horrible and not so much because of it going down often, where we can’t invoice and get paid. But more so because of the customer service. So rude, will continuously talk over you if you ask a question. I have tried been patient and spoken with managers who have been better mostly. But their customer service is just so bad and makes the experience even worse. Christi is one I spoke with recently and this time I just couldn’t say will speak with manager for maybe coaching opportunity for them. ### 1/5 — Not a paid review *2022-04-27, version 7.5.0* This app is very buggy and unreliable on my iPhone. I have experience in software development, project development, launch and training. The developers of TruckLogics have, obviously, never tried to haul freight while using this app. If I had a dollar for every time I’ve had this app crash on me I could take a paid vacation. ### 2/5 — Buggy and lacking customer service *2021-01-21, version 7.2.0* The software works for a OO situation, but often shows bugs - and customer service is definitely on the rude side of the spectrum. This App has been the single best App I’ve used over the last 5 years or so for trucking. Yes I’ve had some bumps with it, but they were always fixed promptly. I even had a big enough issue that they were in the phone with me and helped me work it out. I use it mainly to keep track of expenses for tax reasons. But I also run reports to see how I’m doing for a given time period. I’m sure there is a lot more I can do with this App. It’s very easy to use and so functional.
