To be fair, the other services offered seem pretty awesome! ### 2/5 — Factoring *2025-03-07, version 217.0* The factory blows. you can submit your paperwork fast, but sometimes they take up to two or three days to pay you out. Has to go through so many reviews and they always have to contact the broker. Literally just stay with the factoring company you are I regret it every day. They always tell you they have to contact the broker for rec confirmation approval and POD approval. Firstly- most of the loads want you to “connect your load board” to theirs. Like connect your Landstar or CH load board to theirs. Hmmmm 🤔. Next problem is none of the loads have reference numbers. We all know that the big brokerages and many of the small ones need those to look up a load. So I did call on a load, the first thing they asked for was the reference number. Of course. The broker was able to search it out, and said there was no reason that load should be on there, it was for the week prior and had already been covered. I say this because the founder called me directly before to let me know what he was planning to do, I kept his number and when he was ready to launch the app, he reached out again. Anyways I wasn’t factoring with anyone before, and I know I did the right decision to give Truck Smarter a chance. Their load board is great, the support when I have a question or anything I need is excellent. I have nothing but good things to say about Truck Smarter. Oh there are a few that I stumble onto but this app is mostly useless to me. ### 1/5 — Truck smarter factoring *2023-08-31, version 97.0* I was happy with Truck smarter for a few months but got hit with fraudulent charges on my Visa debit card disputed with Visa took almost 45 days for them to tell me they’re siding with the fraudulent charges. I lost $250. The same company charged my capital one card Mastercard took Capitol one about 30 minutes to get my money back so all my visa backed car are now closed cut up I will not be using visa backed accounts anymore ### 1/5 — False advertisement *2023-04-13, version v75.0* Truckers be aware of this app. They advertise fake price to lure drivers. Here how it works. Let’s say that you are 250 miles away from a certain truck stop which the app advertises an amazingly cheap diesel price. You skip some decent gas stations to head that gas station with the cheap price. As you get closer to that gas station this smart TruckSmarter app cancels your booked price claiming that you made a purchase and even asks you the feedback how the purchase went through. It happened to me a couple of times; please post if anyone else experienced similar situation. It is convenient because you can set your parameters in brokers, states, etc. and it is saved. It is not convenient that when you try to look at the cargo further, that is, you opened the cargo and at the bottom you see the offer of cargoes further, your parameters do not work there. It is also not convenient because loads sometimes appear that have been picked up a long time ago and there is no button to update the loadboard, there is no way to set individual dates, it shows you for all dates where there are loads that fit your parameters. And in general, it is convenient, only there something needs to be changed and supplemented.
