## What is TruckTracker AU?

TruckTracker is the first product to be launched by Direct Livestock Pty Ltd. TruckTracker is a mobile and web app that tracks the location of livestock trucks through the driver’s smartphone, as they make their journey from paddock to the destination. The app shares the location of the truck with the buyer, seller and transport company in real-time. This enables all stakeholders to follow the exact location of the truck during the journey via an easy to use app. 

TruckTracker is designed to improve transparency, communication and efficiency when transporting livestock for all stakeholders. It also enhances traceability by digitising current and creating new information flows, promoting animal welfare, biosecurity, provenance and driver safety. 

The key features of the app include:
Sharing the real-time location of trucks.
Digitising NVD and accompanying paperwork.
Notifications to stakeholders at the start and finish of a livestock journey.
Trip Report emails outlining key information of the trip once completed.
Incident reporting to enhance animal welfare best practice during transportation.
Online database of past trips including driver records, NVDs and trip reports.
