Every time I login I do receive a text message to make sure I am who I say I am but then boom error no specific code just error. ### 1/5 — Removed Face ID *2022-11-22, version 4005.2.1* This update is aweful. Why was Face ID removed? When I click the “forgot username/password” link it asks for my info then says there is already an account with those details please login 🤦‍♂️ App is broken now. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2022-11-16, version 4005.2.1* Logs me out and says my password is wrong ### 1/5 — Update broke the app *2022-10-29* After the digital refresh it keeps asking me to sign in which is fine but I when I put my info In it takes me to the next step here it ask for sms voice call or email the sms pops up my old number that I don’t even use and I went to the bank and changed my phone number aka updated it and it still uses my old phone number and it doesn’t even give me an option to use my email it does but the pop up box is blank and I already put in my info on the page before the one I’m on ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE TERRIBLE AWFUL !!!! *2022-10-29, version 4005.2.1* Honestly one of the worst credit unions I’ve ever worked with in my life. The website is absolutely atrocious and never works. Always down for maintenance and you have to change your login every time you try to pay a bill. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — Slow and buggy to slower and buggier. *2022-10-27, version 4005.2.1* A verification text is required every login in now, that in addition to the non stop errors and the required changing of log in information make this app almost unusable to me. They needed to focus on responsiveness and ease of use, instead the exact opposite has been done. All I want is to see my account balance quickly and easily, instead they prioritize everything else. I don’t care to see my Christmas Club account at the top of my list for daily use. Instead I need to scroll to see my primary accounts. They increase the difficulty of getting a loan of any kind! I had CP Fed Credit Union for many years before being notified of the changeover and was being optimistic that the practices would remain the same but I was sadly disappointed! Whenever you try to paste in your username or password, the login page jumps around and doesn’t receive the paste. I can’t transact in the app because it locks up every time goes to a new page. Received several emails to “get ready”. Then when it’s time to use the one credit union’s app (True Community), I’m unable to register my account, change user name, and change password. Glad I was given a month to suddenly not be able to access my money.
