There were some hidden object scenes but I was glad to see them so I could gain a much needed item. I liked the fact that it was not glaringly obvious what to do with each item. You had to wait some time to use some things. It was a long game with the Bonus chapter. My only criticism is that the storyline was a little hard to follow with all the characters at the asylum.
