It needs an update. It takes forever especially when you’re using it to login into accounts that you have on your mobile phone. It just seems to sit there and lag! ### 2/5 — 長年利用しましたが、不具合の多さが気になりました *2026-04-24* 長年利用させていただき、ありがとうございました。 これまで安心して使わせていただき、とても感謝しております。 一方で、利用していく中でいくつか不具合や使いづらさを感じる場面もありましたので、共有させていただきます。 ■気になった点 1．2段階認証の通知が届かない アプリへの通知が届かなくなることがあり、再インストールで一時的に改善することもありましたが、最終的にはメール認証で対応することが多くなっていました。 2．メールアドレスの変更ができない 以前登録したメールアドレスを変更できず、現在使用していないアドレスを使い続ける必要があり、不便に感じる場面がありました。 3．データの重複登録 同じID・パスワードが重複して登録されることがあり、管理しづらいと感じることがありました。また、一部でIDが未入力のデータも見受けられ、よくわからないデータが登録されることがありました。 4．ブラウザからログインできないことがある 原因は不明ですが、ログインできないことがあり、不安に感じることがありました。 10年以上利用させていただきましたが、こうした点もあり、大切な情報の管理という観点で、今回は別の製品へ移行することにしました。 これまでありがとうございました。 ### 4/5 — Login duplo após certo tempo *2026-03-23* O app é bom, o que me incomoda é que após certo tempo ele se desloga e para voltar a funcionar tem que fazer o login duas vezes. I’ve stuck with the product long after my family found it cumbersome. The product comes exclusively bundled with the subscription-based McAfee Antivirus family of products. I cannot take it with me as a standalone application when I choose to cancel my McAfee Antivirus subscription in favor of going back to Microsoft’s antivirus service. ### 2/5 — Importing Passwords *2025-01-09, version 6.2.2* I tried to import my passwords from Norton Password Manager but it’s not an option. I only wish this standalone version of the app would offer unlimited password credentials instead of the limited 15 entries. It still has some little bugs, generating new passwords is a little clunky, that could be user error though.
