Essential Details: •Every team is randomized and every game has distinct match-ups, so each individual's personal win/loss percentage is a true indication of their contribution to the game results. •True Potential tracks and records each win and loss for every player and uses this data to algorithmically create teams. •As the user, it's as easy to administrate a single pickup game as it is to manage up to six separate courts simultaneously. How It Works: •Before the start of the game, the user sets the activity, number of players per team and number of courts in use. •Next, the participating players are quickly selected from the database and automatically added to the wait list. •Touching the "Generate Teams" button creates curated rosters for both teams. •Whenever a game ends, the winning team is registered, stats are recorded, players are returned to the wait list, and the app is ready to generate teams for the next game. •By default, winners and losers both return to the bottom of the waiting list, with priority given to the winners, in order of their personal win/loss percentage. The losing team is randomized and placed on the list below the winning team. •Research has proven that moving both teams to the wait list at the conclusion of each game leads to the most equitable playing time for all participants.
