The meat on the ribs is “fall off the bone” tender. The pulled pork is nice and moist. Both are perfectly seasoned. It doesn’t really need sauce, but OBC’s Piedmont is my choice when I want it. Just wish they would add smoked turkey back to the regular menu. They still offer it around Thanksgiving and Christmas. I’m sure it was a numbers thing, but I believe it was the best item on the menu. Green beans are also fantastic. Anyway, good food. The fries were mediocre at best. That was fine but why are they running out of a staple?
