## What is True Timestamp?

Add a real date, time, GPS location, and address to your photos and videos. Burned in, accurate, and ready to prove when and where it happened.

True Timestamp is a professional timestamp camera and photo stamping app built for people whose photos have to hold up: contractors, inspectors, adjusters, investigators, and field crews. Capture with a live timestamp overlay, or stamp photos and videos already in your library, in seconds.

What sets True Timestamp apart is accuracy. Your stamp is built from the photo's own capture data, the original EXIF date and GPS, and the app always shows you where that date came from. Verifiable, not guessed. Your originals are never modified.

TIMESTAMP CAMERA & PHOTO STAMPING
- Add date and time stamps to photos and videos
- Stamp GPS coordinates and the full street address
- Drop a mini map (street, satellite, or hybrid) showing exactly where it was taken
- Choose any date and time, past or present, in the format you want (12 or 24 hour, seconds, AM/PM)
- Fully customize font, color, size, opacity, rotation, and placement
- Record video with the timestamp burned into the footage

CAPTIONS, LOGOS & MARKUP
- Add custom captions and notes: job number, crew, address, anything
- Stamp your own logo or watermark for professional branding
- Annotate with arrows, boxes, and circles, or spotlight what matters

REDACT & PROTECT
- Blur or pixelate faces, license plates, and sensitive details
- Auto detect faces and cover them with a blur or emoji
- Scan and read license plates and text right in your photos

BEFORE / AFTER
- Build side by side or stacked Before and After comparisons

BATCH & PROJECTS
- Stamp one photo or a whole batch at once
- Organize everything into case projects
- Set your default stamp style once and apply it to every new photo

SHARE & EXPORT
- Export a project as a PDF report (with cover page, title, and notes), a ZIP archive of your stamped media, or a CSV metadata log
- Save to your camera roll or share via Messages, Mail, AirDrop, and more

PERFECT FOR
Contractors, construction crews, home inspectors, real estate agents, property managers, field service teams, insurance adjusters, investigators, landscapers, restoration and roofing pros, and anyone who needs reliable, verifiable photo and video records.

True Timestamp keeps your photos and videos stamped, organized, verified, and ready to share.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-28

Your camera just got a lot roomier, and reviewing your shots actually
works now.

• See more of what you're shooting. The viewfinder fills the whole
screen, so nothing gets cropped by a black bar.
• Shoot sideways, get a landscape photo. Videos too.
• Tap the thumbnail by the shutter to pull up everything from your
session, then export one shot or all of them. This was broken before,
and we're sorry it took a version to catch.
• Switch lenses in stamp mode with one tap on the zoom.
• Swipe the mode picker to get to Stamp Video and Video.
• The export button is a lot harder to miss.
• Buttons stay out from under the Dynamic Island.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-12
