Not only is this app user friendly, but they’ve taken all of the guess work out of it for you.   The work outs are attached to a very well made video showing you how to do each exercise.  The tracking portion is easy.  Over all 5 stars.

I’ve followed Josiah for a couple of years now. If you care about your health and fitness and even just you’re overall well-being and you don’t follow him,you’re missing out! He has a lot to offer including programming,coaching and even a supplement line. Follow his podcast,”True Transformation” and you’ll get plenty of free golden nuggets of knowledge. He even takes the time himself to chat with you personally. The app is easy to use and tracks everything from steps taken per day nutrition and of course your workouts. 5 ⭐️!!
