Took me one hour to get 1.5 KG; will not give more than .33 KG per 10 minutes even though the Website showed 70 KG balance. Still have not received call back. Please improve your service and make your answering service more technically savy rather than feeling helpless ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work at all *2021-02-14, version 1.4.4* No updates, says account not registered however I did it online. This app makes you register and never sends the required confirmation email so you can use the service. A R can do much better running your company than you. I registered or so I thought. You’re supposed to get an email to confirm registration but the email never came. The. I tried to register again but the email already exists! So I try forget password and the link to reset the password - you guessed it!- never comes. Checked all my fielders, spam and trash. My best suggestion to people EV vehicle or gasoline vehicle. It doesn’t show any stations. I would give it 5 stars because I use it constantly BUT it’s been without an update since 06/07/24. I use this app to plan which station and when to get hydrogen but lately I’ve had to head in blind not knowing which station is online and if you have a hydrogen car you know how stressful that is. Stations go offline for days and at any moment. As of now- l can’t get into the app. It is stuck on the initial Home Screen and provides no option to sign in or look for stations as it did before. Can’t depend on availability *2020-05-13, version 1.4.4* Station uptime data is not accurate and inflated to make them look better. They seem to blame internet problems for downtime which they do not count towards downtime.
