## What is TrueCal Calorie Tracker?

Say what you ate and TrueCal handles the calories, macros, and sources. Type or speak a meal in plain English, and TrueCal turns it into a food diary entry with calories, protein, carbs and fat, backed by real nutrition sources you can check. It is a calorie counter and macro tracker built as a native iOS logger, with web access available when that fits your routine.

Built for weight loss you can keep up with. If you are eating less on a GLP-1 medication, log small meals in a few words and keep protein front and center.
