Time to try other apps I guess. ### 1/5 — Obsessed with forcing me to submit for quotes *2026-08-18, version 17.2.3* This app used to allow you to just browse vehicles within a radius like an aggregate search. I’m using it for the first time in a few years and every step of the way they’re forcing “connecting” with a dealer down your throat trying to force you into contacting the seller to move forward. I don’t even know what I want yet! Once I gave my info (email and phone) I start getting endless emails and phone calls, somehow my local dealer is not TrueCar certified dealer, but believe it or not, I’ve got a lot better deal from my local dealer and I’ve got exactly what I wanted. Now if you try to search a new vehicle (like a specific model/trim/engine/etc.) you can NOT you just get some BS “locked in price” for some random vehicle that you’re not even interested in.
