They also always seem to be one step ahead of all of the banking Institutions. I tell everyone how much I like & trust you. The one negative is on the mobile app. You cannot see who a paper check was written to. Any way of changing that? Multiple overcharge fees for things left pending for too long and if your card gets locked on a Friday from pending transactions good luck waiting until Monday. The worst bank. ### 1/5 — Used to be reliable, not anymore *2022-03-10, version 4.38.203* This app used to be reliable but for at least the past week I’ve had so many issues logging in - both with FaceID and just my normal password. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app several times and it will let me log in maybe once or twice each time after I do that before going right back to timing out my logins before I can access my account. The website itself works fine so that makes it easy to tell it’s some kind of issue with the app itself. PLEASE FIX ### 1/5 — Too many disappointments *2019-10-18, version 4.6.188* This bank is so small that you’re screwed if something happens to your account after hours. No 24hr customer service and going to withdrawal money in large amounts is IMPOSSIBLE. I do wish you could look up finances easier. I had issues with my taxes last year and needed to see a printout of our old churches tithe records. This app and the regular site doesn’t let you pull up info by business. I had to go to the bank and have every payment individually printed off using the date and $. If I have to work with numbers I have to leave the app. Sometimes I forget the numbers before I get to the calculator.
