Lack of customer support
I accidentally let the trial period expire and was charged, so I immediately requested a refund. I’ve reached out multiple times and haven’t received any response at all. The lack of customer support is disappointing and makes it hard to trust the service, regardless of the app itself.

Said I lacked internet even though I was connected so I wasn’t able to get my photos scanned, in addition no settings so very difficult to unsubscribe, which they force on you immediately

Biggest piece of trash and massively overpriced
Functional, but with some significant app design problems.
This app gave me a relatively accurate body analysis, but the interface has some serious design flaws. The photo taking / upload process is cumbersome, and the resulting body part analysis is chopped up into little boxes, which makes it impossible to read more than half of the first sentence for each bodypart. Doh! The bodyfat estimate tracked pretty closely to my last Dexa scan. Several features aren't available yet, and the subscription is very overpriced at $259 a year!

Since your review, we’ve fixed the issue where body part analysis was cut off, and we’ve improved the photo upload process for a smoother experience. Many more updates are also on the way! We’ve also introduced a $29/year plan for those who want long-term access and that’s less than $0.60 per week. We hope this makes the app more accessible for users who see value in the results.
