### 5/5 — Finally fixed my lower back

I’ve had lower back pain for around 6 months now and nothing was working. I followed trueforms program for 2 weeks and IMMEDIATELY saw progress. The plan progressed really well, it first eased the pain and the built up strength and now I feel better than ever. Thank you to the creators of this app 🙌🏻

this app is so amazing. I’ve had an injured ankle for over 2 years and it’s prevented me from going on runs. Trueform gave me a 28 day program to heal it and IT WORKED. I was complete back to normal after and was even able to run a half marathon afterwards. The videos are super easy to follow and I especially like the coach since it was able to update my program along the way. If you have any pain or tightness I definitely recommend this app!!

I love the program, it makes it so easy for me to just wake up and do my stretches without having to think about what I should do for the day
