Trueline turns a blueprint, a photo, or a short walkthrough video into a priced, client ready estimate. Built by a working remodeling crew for the people who actually run the jobs. Stop losing nights to spreadsheets and guesswork. Trueline prices the work, tracks the money, and sends the proposal, so you can bid more jobs and win them faster. WHAT IT DOES Scan a blueprint. Upload a PDF or a photo and get a full line item estimate in minutes. Walk it and talk it. Film the space, narrate what the client wants, and let Trueline price it for you. Ask Foreman anything. Your AI foreman knows your jobs, your crew, and your numbers. Ask about margins, cash flow, or where a project stands and get a straight answer. Quick checks. See cash flow risk, crew schedule conflicts, margin trends, overdue invoices, and stale bids at a glance. One pipeline. Leads from your website land straight in the app. Track every project from lead to draft to bidding. Clean proposals. Generate a professional PDF your client can review and sign. Clients, profits, and schedule. Everything about the job lives in one place. WHO IT IS FOR Residential and commercial remodelers, general contractors, and specialty trades who want to bid faster, protect their margins, and look sharp in front of clients. When a container size is unknown, Trueline asks instead of guessing. Outdoor lumber now defaults to pressure-treated. Plus speed and stability fixes. ### 1.6.1 — 2026-10-14 Smarter Foreman: proactive suggestions while you build estimates, plus bug fixes and performance improvements. ### 1.6 — 2026-10-13 Version 1.6 - Trueline on Apple Watch: clock in and out, today's schedule, open tasks, the week's Paid and Owed, talk a note onto a job, and a remote shutter for the walkthrough. A watch face tile shows your shift or your next job. - The room scan no longer goes white, and the shutter measures. - Fixes for crashes on the proposal, job and money screens. - If you chose to use the app without AI, the Foreman asks again instead of showing a network error. - Fixes and polish throughout. Every screen is redrawn to read in one glance: bigger numbers, plain words and one main action per screen. Talk to the Foreman from anywhere and watch it price the job live, step by step. A job's money screen now shows Paid, Owed and every payment in one plain list, with the Paid total right at the top. Send an estimate as a link and a PDF in one step, and the client signs on their phone. Subcontractor work now shows on Labor and job cost with its own total. Bottom buttons sit clear of the tab bar, so nothing hides under your thumb. Plus many fixes across estimates, invoices, photos and the schedule. ## Apps similar to Trueline Pro AI | App | Rating | Price | Category | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | [Roy Estimator](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/roy-estimator/id6760720099) | 5.0 (3) | Free | Business | | [BuildWalk: Voice Estimates](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/buildwalk-voice-estimates/id6762346853) | — | Free | Business | | [Estim8 Pro: AI Takeoff & Bids](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/estim8-pro-ai-takeoff-and-bids/id6781296826) | 5.0 (4) | Free | Business | | [Alfagres](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/alfagres/id1602366592) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Business | | [Lincoln International Events](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/lincoln-international-events/id1585865302) | 5.0 (1) | Free | Business | | [Construction Cost Estimator](https://appshunter.io/ios/app/construction-cost-estimator/id480486428) | 4.8 (516) | $19.99 | Business | --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
