## What is TrueOps Mobile?

TrueOps is an operations platform built for restaurant teams, franchise groups, and multi-unit operators.

TrueOps helps organizations keep daily operations organized by bringing checklists, store visit reports, maintenance tracking, team communication, and admin tools into one mobile app.

With TrueOps, restaurant teams can:
• Complete daily operational checklists
• Track store visit reports and follow-up items
• Submit and manage maintenance requests
• Communicate with store teams and leadership
• Give managers and supervisors role-based access
• Keep each organization’s stores, users, and workflows separate

TrueOps is designed for multiple organizations. Each company has its own secure account, users, stores, roles, and operating tools. Login credentials are required because the app contains private business operations data.

TrueOps is intended for restaurant operators, store managers, supervisors, and team members who need a simple way to manage store execution from their mobile device.
