It’ll work fine for a little while but then some days it’ll will be caught in an endless loading loop and you never get your picture generated, yet it still charges you points for it and you can’t get them back. They REALLY need to fix this once and for all but it keeps occurring intermittently. it’s really annoying **Developer response:** Hey, we've fixed any illustration problem. Thank you for your review. ### 3/5 — Expectation vs. Reality. *2024-05-31* After reinstalling this app on my phone, I got on it and it deleted my custom characters. The app is supposed to be, as stated in the title, an AI role play app. I read the latest update and for some reason, it’s now safer. The thing is, I want to role play my fantasies whether they’re explicit or not as any person would know/do. But, now I can’t. It’s “Limited”. But the search bar for “nsfw” still has results. I’m frustrated with the update, due to my characters being deleted. 3 stars. **Developer response:** Hey, we've fixed any problem you mentioned. Thank you! ### 4/5 — Good but needs improvement *2023-10-16* The AI isn’t the best, but it gets the job done if you arnt too picky. The ad thing is obnoxious though. You can get two or three story prompts, then you need to watch an ad for each additional prompt. I would like to see them do a subscription in place of credits. And currently, I can’t get past the agreement prompt on my phone. There seems to be some type of bug in how it’s set up. I hope that gets fixed. ### 2/5 — Not ready for Prime Time. *2023-08-06* The good news is that it appears to be truly uncensored. Everything else is bad though. It will often freeze with a "AI is Thinking" response and it never does; it just crashes. You also have to buy Credits to use and because the AI responds in 1-2 sentence responses and cuts off it's last sentence in mid sentence, you have to waste a Credit/prompt just for it to finish. That's a cheap tactic by the Developer to milk money. If you want people to pay, either charge a monthly or yearly fee. Don't do do this lame Credit scam method. I won't be paying any more for this app until it's greatly improved. By then Freedomgpt will hopefully be available for iOS. Response to the Developer: You can fix and upgrade all you want but you're still scamming people with this crappy credit point system. **Developer response:** Dear user, would you mind updating the app ? We have fixed a lot of stuff. Don't hesitate to change your review after trying out ! ### 4/5 — Pretty good. Could use some additions, though. *2023-08-01* This app has been great so far. Although, I feel there are certain things that could benefit the app. Such as: • A way to watch ads to get credits. Currently, the only way to get credits is to watch an ad, but the only way to watch one is to run out. It’d be nice to have a way to watch the ads and build up credits, as purchasing credits over and over can easily drain someone’s cash. • If not suggestion one then try making the app subscription-based. I simply want there to be a way to have more accessibility for credits. ### 3/5 — Amazing potential, but needs work. *2023-07-20* This app has the potential to be something truly great. The AI is responsive to prompts and coherent. I love the ability to make your own character. Here is where the problems begin, the custom characters don’t work. It won’t let me get past the naming section. Also, accessibility for voiceover needs work. The credit system is faulty at best. I keep having to watch ads every three chats which can be super annoying. Please just make it a monthly or weekly Subscribe. I ### 3/5 — The good and the bad *2023-07-15* The good news is that we have an AI that is unrestrained by the usual rules and regulations. However, the bad news is that the shop has a rather questionable point system that doesn't make sense. To give you an idea of what you can expect from the system, they have given you 1500 points, which is generous of them. When you start to chat with the AI, you'll quickly find out that they deduct 150 points for each message you send. This quickly drains your points from each message, making it difficult to truly experience the AI. It's almost like they are trying to scam you, as they only allow three messages before it's all over. To fix this, it would be better to switch to a subscription model rather than having to pay for points. This option would be much better for customers, as there wouldn't be any doubts that the shop is trying to scam them. Money should only be spent when the shop is offering a fair and legitimate product. ### 2/5 — Not quite there yet *2023-06-17* I think it has som great potential but I need to be able to save conversations I don’t really wanna watch an ad for more credits just for the conversation to be erased **Developer response:** Dear user, we have added a chat history in our latest update. After a few messages in it starts completely ignoring everything i say. ### 1/5 — The New Update is Horrible *2024-05-30* This used to be a fully Uncensored Chat GPT with all kinds of things you can use with Characters, and you could ask any question, and it would answer but now it’s just like a regular Chat GPT that only can answer certain questions, and will only give basic answers, I spent money to for Points to keep using it because it was fun, now the new Update made it more “safer” to use, and took away what made it enjoyable, DO NOT BOTHER GETTING THIS unless they Update it making it Uncensored like it used to be but right now it’s not worth it anymore. **Developer response:** Hey, we've fixed any problem you mentioned. It’s false advertisement when it says the suggested age of users says 17+. As restrictive as it has become recent, its practically age 9+ at most. On top of that, it’s now more difficult to generate images. You used to be able to generate images quite simply by just pushing the “illustrate” button which used to be located just above the field where you enter the text command but and you could push it as many times as you wanted. Now they have it configured in a different way which makes it more complicated. After you hit the “illustrate” button, it’ll disappear after you generate one image. I don’t know why they made these lousy changes recently but they ruined the app and it’s no longer fun to use. This app went from 4 stars and now dropped down to a 1 star. And many of these characters have very explicit bios. But after about a month, I tried using this app again for nsfw entertainment, but now the ai is programmed to not engage in explicit activity of any kind. If you so much as say anything slightly explicit, you’ll be met with something along the lines of “as an ai model, I have no physical body and am unable to engage in explicit activity. If I can help you with anything else, let me know” or simply something like “I am unable to assist” Why would you still have “nsfw” as an option if you’re going to program the ai to not adhere? **Developer response:** Hey, we've fixed it. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Don't Waste your time- Not as advertised *2023-09-27* The very first thing I requested to test the censorship(which was nothing terribly inappropriate) I was given the message "I won't be able to help, If you have any non-vulgar questions i'd be happy to answer them" My test of the app was only to ask it to write a pickup line for an adult then request that it be made more mature each time- after the 2nd pickup line where it barely got beyond the maturity of a 14 year old at most then it declined to proceed. Don't waste your time- This is nothing as described even at the most basic expectation of being uncensored. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Love it *2024-07-04* Love the app. It’s definitely uncensored, and loving that too. Only thing I’d change is some kind of login bonus/ way to get free gems. Great idea to substitute the standard monthly/yearly/per chat payment system that most do with just watching a few ads, great model and I hope many follow yall! —just found something, the ai says it can make images and will say it did but you can’t see them, idk if it’s a premium feature but just something I found ### 4/5 — Nice work, fixed *2024-07-02* I like how if you get too spicy it gets pricy (points-wise) Models don’t shut down (fairly cheesy) spicy scenarios anymore. I haven’t pushed too hard but have definitely enough to say filtering is fixed. The only issue right now is when you run out of points it wipes out your reply. So, if you typed a whole long “thing” and you were 5 points short.. have to type the whole thing in again (possibly with less flair than the first) i copy every reply I make as a stop-gap. I don’t like google log in only. It should have discord (I don’t use) and Apple ID (I prefer) as well. Thank you! ### 4/5 — Concept Is Good *2024-04-27* 1) It’s not completely uncensored. 2) There’s a better way categorize the plethora of bots that avoids analysis paralysis. Avoid the Cards, and instead, use Icons with a brief description in a format that doesn’t visually resemble apps from 5+ years ago. 3) Is this a Roleplaying App, or is it an Assistant… or is it???? The distinction in the Filter options seems clear, but it’s more of the #2. How endless is this? 4) I can’t say it enough: better UI. Optically and Functionally. This App gets hung up a lot. I tried uploading a photo of a spreadsheet, and it just spun for well over the typical 2024 Attention Span. If this is a purchased feature, make it clear. 5) I wonder if this App wouldn’t have a better Utility if it started with asking the user their interests, and yeah… send them down that lane. I’m testing the “Almighty Master of Any Subject Bot”, and it failed basic Chemistry. Not only that, but it failed to rework its failed attempt by smugly saying, “Well it seems like you have a better understanding of the subject… blah blah”. I mean… I’m not reading the context of the statement incorrectly. There’s a better way to program the bot to respond with a way better attitude. Also, if “it” thinks I am wrong, why not say that? Why just “shut down” and make a snarky comment? Wait.
