Have to delete the app and reinstall. Hoping it works this time. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t monitor & company raises rates *2020-02-25, version 1.0.4* Ive had to reinstall this useless app several times. Even when jt says it’s monitoring my driving my agents secretary calls me to tell me theyre going to cancel or raise my rates for noncompliance with the terms of using the app. And so they did. What a rip off. I barely drive and when i do my scores are in the 90’s. Yet my rates get jacked up due to their incompetence.
