## What is TrueVue Pro?

TrueVue Pro is a field service video documentation app built for service professionals. Technicians can view their daily job schedule, record video evidence at each customer site, and submit documentation directly to the customer — providing transparent proof of quality work.

Features:
- Daily job schedule with real-time status tracking
- Multi-segment video recording
- Job-type specific prompts to guide your documentation
- Preview and review videos before submission
- Automatic video upload and server-side processing

Perfect for field service companies looking to increase accountability, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain video-backed records of every service visit.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-10

- Review notifications now open the app. Tap the link in a "video needs review" email or text and you'll land straight on that video's review screen — no more opening a browser and signing in again. Without the app installed, the link still opens the web dashboard exactly as before.

Also included since the last App Store update:

- Needs Review queue for admins. Flagged videos land in one place with score breakdowns, flag reasons and full job details — approve or reject without leaving the screen.
- More reliable uploads. Recordings no longer get stuck on "Queued", and job cards now show exactly what's happening: Uploading, Queued, Waiting for network or Paused. "Upload now" retries anything stuck.
- Re-record failed uploads. A failed upload now offers Retry, Re-record or Cancel.
- Company talking points. The checklist on the record and review screens now comes from your company's settings.
- Check for updates on demand from your Profile.
- Fixed random sign-outs mid-appointment.
- Smaller video files and a 2-minute recording limit, so uploads finish faster on weak signal.
- Redesigned Jobs list with clearer statuses and progress at a glance.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-05-22

- Background uploads. Recordings now upload automatically in the background — even with your phone locked or the app closed. Drop in signal? They'll retry on their own.
- A cleaner Jobs list. See your full day at a glance with progress indicators, clear job statuses, and quick search by customer name.
- Redesigned recording and review screens. Less clutter, more preview, simpler controls — so you can focus on the job, not the app.
- Profile in the top right. Tap your avatar on the Jobs list to reach your account, send feedback, or get support.
- Plus a round of polish and reliability fixes throughout the app.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-05-20

Improved video upload reliability, email-based sign in, and general stability fixes.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-04-27

Added forgot password flow.

### 1.0 — 2026-04-13

No release notes.
