My son has worked with coach John for many years.  We love the app as the entire family can get in on the fitness together.  There are videos and photos showing how to do the exercises. They can all be adapted.  Highly recommend!

This app is a great tool to use for adaptive fitness! The paid version allows athletes to join different groups that are like a community supporting the athlete. The social network aspect of it and the customizable fitness programs are superb! I would recommend it for anyone with a disability as well as their family.
