I clearly have been working out several times a week. Why am I not allowed to book a class???? Oh wait, it shows I’m booked but not on my end. 🙄 the staff says it’s been an ongoing issue signing up for classes. Well how are we supposed to know if it’s booked or not? Chile please. I signed up for a trainer twice a month. My membership shows I signed up for weekly training. I am not able to cancel until June. Smh. If you are hear cause you can’t get passed the barcode screen the word next is bottom middle of the screen You can not see it . I’ve been able to enter the app finally. It says turn on notifications. Will only allow me a bar code. Screen is frozen. I can’t even log in on a website either. No one at the club is understanding. Then I get a phone notification. That says I’m unverified. No one at the club knows anything about this app. Fix asap.
