I clearly have been working out several times a week. Why am I not allowed to book a class???? Oh wait, it shows I’m booked but not on my end. 🙄 the staff says it’s been an ongoing issue signing up for classes. Well how are we supposed to know if it’s booked or not? Chile please. I signed up for a trainer twice a month. My membership shows I signed up for weekly training. I am not able to cancel until June. Smh. If you are hear cause you can’t get passed the barcode screen the word next is bottom middle of the screen You can not see it . I’ve been able to enter the app finally. It says turn on notifications. Will only allow me a bar code. Screen is frozen. I can’t even log in on a website either. No one at the club is understanding. Then I get a phone notification. That says I’m unverified. No one at the club knows anything about this app. Fix asap. No complaints about the signing in and process but the (i suppose) manager told me I could cancel any day BEFORE the next payment which would be around $35 and I understood. I went on about my workout and the experience, machines, bathrooms, almost everything was broken. So in the end I did not like it. I went up to the desk asking to cancel the membership and said to just wait, I waited patiently and heard the "manager" say "i dont care about him right now just tell them to put their name and number on it" and I found that very disrespectful but I did so in hopes they would cancel it soon. As I waited again like they asked me to one of the co-workers came up and asked if I needed help, I told her what I wanted. She accused me of using the 1$ membership to not pay the full 28$ Day thing. I found that rude, again. So that was great. Hopefully this review fixes and makes everything right for everyone. ### 2/5 — Apple wallet support *2025-04-03* For the love of all that is holy add Apple wallet support. The dev team are brain dead bums. ### 3/5 — Cleanliness *2025-03-28* I am a regular member at Tru Fit on Ridge Road and recently visited the Tru Fit location on 10th Street due to its proximity to my schedule. During my visit two days ago, I observed that the men’s restroom required maintenance, notably lacking soap. I promptly approached the front desk and spoke with the manager, Luis, who I had met during a previous visit when similar issues were noted. At that time, he assured me that the matter would be addressed. However, the issue persisted during my visit yesterday. As I was about to wash my hands, I noticed once again that there was no soap available. Although Luis arrived with a replacement, ensuring that the facility was operational, this recurring oversight is concerning. Additionally, I would like to express my concern regarding the recent changes in custodial services. It appears that third-party contractors have replaced in-house staff and are only present during opening and closing hours. This arrangement seems to leave cleaning responsibilities largely to the employees, resulting in facilities—such as towel dispensers and mirrors on equipment—not being maintained to the expected standard. I appreciate the attention given to these matters and hope that Tru Fit will address these concerns to enhance the overall member experience. Annoying to have to give my phone number every time I go in.
