For years this feature has been missing. Bring it the F back. ### 1/5 — No benefit *2022-09-02, version 3.4.2* Aside from scanning the barcode, which you have to log in all the time, it does not benefit me in the least. It’s not user friendly because I still can’t find where to access the number of x I have been to the gym or which location. It seems like it’s only there to sell you the other exercise subscriptions, which is confusing because I paid for the gym already. ### 1/5 — Only the barcode works in the app *2022-08-26, version 3.4.2* None of the other features work in the app. I like to view the class schedule for subs and cancellations and it does not work. I still have to go to the website to view the schedule. ### 1/5 — New member ZERO ACCESS ON APP *2022-08-09, version 3.4.2* I joined Trufit yesterday and from day one I have yet to be able to register my account on the app. I get the blank screen after I hit register and nothing comes up. Pretty sad I can’t even get the barcode to sign in. This is pretty ridiculous had I read the reviews I probably would’ve joined somewhere else. ### 1/5 — Almost Criminal *2022-07-31, version 3.4.2* I will randomly get signed up for stuff without clicking anything, confirming anything, or even opening the app sometimes. Ill walk into the gym and ask why im being charged an extra 6$ a month and they will say the app does that sometimes. Ive already canceled the in app stuff twice. Once Ive even uninstalled the app. DO NOT, use this app. If you can get their key tags that just came back. ### 1/5 — Can’t get the app to fully work *2022-07-30, version 3.4.2* I can never see the class schedules. I have been trying to sign up since me and my husband joined and i get the same error message and no one at the gym can help. ### 1/5 — Not enough features in the app *2022-07-04, version 3.4.2* It’s hours include being able to view all the times you checked into the gym when you check into the gym. Should be able to link your other apps with this one like fitbits, apple watches and garmin. Customers like to have an all in one stop shop. Also, gym hours should be coinciding with current upto date upto the minute on here so customers don’t waste their gas going to a gym that is closing in 10 minutes once they arrived. Putting a piece a paper in the entrance door / desk or google maps isn’t suffice. This app is so lost in ancient times. It needs to be worked on and updated with todays times and needs of its customers. ### 1/5 — Trouble signing in *2022-06-20, version 3.4.2* For some reason when I sign in it shows a white screen. I am not able to use this app because of that and I need to change my billing card on there if it would let me. ### 1/5 — App is useless *2022-06-14, version 3.4.2* This App is to obtain your barcode and that is it. You can’t access any of your info, can’t change your plan, or anything else useful. ### 1/5 — Buggy App *2022-06-13, version 3.4.2* I mostly wanted to use this app to look up the group fitness classes schedule, but not all of the schedules load, so I have to try to navigate the even worse website. Also, the ability to set a reminder for the classes is still not up and running. Stick to screenshots and your key fob. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-05-17, version 3.4.2* Every time I want to download the schedule it just keeps intending to load but it doesn’t happen ### 1/5 — Access Shaming *2022-05-03, version 3.4.2* The developers and engineers that created this app must have went to a technical college. How is it that you create an app that you can’t stay logged into for more then 48 hours. So if I don’t go to the gym two days in a row I am quickly reminded by having to put my email and password into the app to scan my barcode while holding up the line at the gym. Ao mesmo have to tell the young employee my phone number to get in. And like everyone else mentioned it is a basic app, that is never updated and if I am charged almost $5.00 a month to use this app like someone else said I will be irate. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2022-05-01, version 3.4.2* It’s basically something for a barcode; I thought I’d at least get a plastic one to take a picture of, but instead I have to take a screenshot. You have to log in every time you open it to get the barcode. I still have memberships with other gyms (24 hour gyms) and each of them have all information relative to my account appearing or accessible thru the apps. I am shocked that my contract and payment information is NOT visible to me thru the app and I can’t change my payment method myself. I have to physically go into the gym and have someone do it for me, hopefully correctly. The app does NOT show when I’ve been to the gym or when payment has been made. There is nothing to indicate how busy the gym is and what the peak hours are so I can pick a different time to go. There is also NO indicator of what amenities are available at each gym. If I want to pay for the higher tier, which facility has all of the amenities? Better asked would be, what amenities are at each facility? The one I attend has one amenity I don’t use and it’s not worth going up to the next price level for. If classes are offered at the location I attend I’d have to go in person the find out, it’s not happening in the app. Also, kilometers are great if you’re running them, not when it’s on the maps for locations of the gyms closest to you. ### 1/5 — Serves No Purpose *2022-04-27, version 3.4.2* This app is extremely basic. The only thing it’s good for is using the barcode to access the gym and view classes. That serves no purpose when I can take a pic of the barcode and look online to see classes. Where is the option to sync with your Apple Watch, or at least log your workout? Why does it not track the scan ins of your home gym to let you know if the gym is crowed or not? I mean I hate to be offensive, but my little sister could have done a better job. She’s 8. ### 1/5 — App *2022-04-09, version 3.4.2* The app has some good graphics but the video don’t play in my phone and you don’t have your gym choosing to add to your profile could use a little work….as a fitness app it doesn’t give you what you expect it to do. ### 1/5 — App is crap *2022-03-24, version 3.4.2* If only the videos would actually play. How am I supposed to do the workouts when the videos don’t even play? Customer service is not helpful at all. I canceled my gym membership but was still being charged the $2.15. I wasn’t even aware the app had access to any of my cards. I can’t cancel through the app or find a way to switch out my card info. It’s really just a big scam. So beware of the $2.15 charge. ### 1/5 — Can’t even sign in anymore *2023-06-08* So I updated the app and am in the process of uninstalling and reinstalling it to see if maybe the forgot password things works , but I also went to contact us to get help with logging in and no as were yet. I also just read that there’s no option on here to update payments or to let you know when u have to pay and that’s really bad too bcs I’d like to know that info ### 1/5 — Check out the planet fitness app - well this is the opposite of the pf app *2023-05-11* I used to be at planet fitness, pf, and their app was so user friendly and up to date. Showing you when the gym is full and empty status bars, showing you when you checked in, and you could even keep track of your workout time. Any membership issues you could fix right on the app. TruFit, although I like their equipment better and I would argue that it’s better, their customer service and app lacks severely. People give pf crap but I have to say their service, app, & cleanliness can’t be beat. Hopefully TruFit updates soon but it looks like they don’t even respond to reviews, where is the #ownership ### 1/5 — Password reset not working *2023-03-03, version 3.4.2* I logged in for a week and was not able to log back in after that. Luckily I had a screenshot of my tag otherwise idk how I would get in. I’ve done the forgot password thing many times and it has not sent anything to my email. I’ve filled out the contact us form and no one has reached out… it is very stressful ### 1/5 — Decent concept… glitchy/sloppy app *2023-03-02, version 3.4.2* The class schedule won’t load (I’ve been trying for 3 days) and the “refer a friend” and “find my club” links are reversed. I even deleted and reinstalled the app but it still won’t load the schedules. It used to work. Don’t know what changed. I’m happy to update my review when it works. TruFit has been a good gym experience so far. ### 3/5 — Barcode went away for me *2021-07-19, version 3.4.1* It was working fine then last week my barcode went away for some reason and haven’t been able to pull it back up. **Developer response:** Thank you for letting us know. But this app is pretty bad. - have trouble retrieving my info 25% of the time - ask me to log in almost every week.
