This has caused me to miss a class and be charged the $20 no show fee. ### 2/5 — So Buggy *2022-07-26* This app is so buggy & always logging me out. It’s very limited. For as much as I pay to go to this studio, this app is super disappointing. ### 2/5 — Amazing company but AWFUL app *2020-03-03* Don’t fix what isn’t broken! Why make a new app when it runs so much worse than the old one. Half the time my app won’t load up, please fix this issue soon. ### 2/5 — 0 steps forward, 3 steps back *2019-11-17* I’m scratching my head about why an entirely new app was needed. The design is a regression from the previous app and lacks basic functionality that everyone seemed to love in the previous version (eg class counter, sweat status). I would hope this will be in a future iteration but not expecting much as it seems UX research out the creation of a user story was considered in this “redesign.” ### 2/5 — Needs improved UX and functionality *2019-11-13* I agree with the other reviews: - I like the idea of being able to add classes to my calendar, but so far it’s not connecting into any of my calendars when I add them. -The UX is not always very intuitive as the page will look like it’s still loading until you pull down on it to refresh. - I also don’t see where to log my Trupoints and am still doing that through the old app. Thanks for continuing to work on the performance opportunities! I will keep looking for updates, as I use this daily for my class planning. ### 2/5 — Some better info some missing info *2019-11-04* Starting out looked like good app but some immediate issues. Some menu selections don’t update till you choose them then pull down to refresh the screen. Also all rewards are gone on app that I can see and I loved the reward levels. I can’t get through scrolling through the schedule without it selecting a class. It’s super annoying. Please change this. I’ve never taken the time to give an app a rating.. ### 1/5 — Can’t even log in? *2024-11-10* I have to log in to the Trufusion website to be able to register for classes, since the app always says that an error occurred when I attempt to log in. I try logging in on the app every so often but it never works, so it’s not just a one time error. ### 1/5 — Filter Options *2024-01-08* The only filter option is by instructor. There are no options to filter by class, class type, class length, or heated vs non-heated. First app was better *2019-11-22* UI is all around worse, so much worse, I’m actually writing this review :) First app was great and easy to navigate but this one is confusing. For example, descriptions of what’s needed for classes aren’t as clear and the calendar is harder to read for an easy “synopsis” ### 2/5 — Very annoying when picking classes *2025-08-24* Overall, the app works well and I don’t have major complaints about its core functionality. However, one very frustrating issue is how overly sensitive it is when scrolling through the class list. Instead of simply letting me browse, it keeps selecting classes I have no intention of clicking on. This makes scrolling feel clunky and interrupts the experience. I really dislike that classes are being selected when all I want to do is move past them — the sensitivity definitely needs to be fixed. ### 2/5 — Filters *2023-12-03* The filters need a lot of work. Only filter that seems to be available in the app is instructor which does little help to me. I’d rather be able to filter by type of class or level. It’s so simple to use.. you look at the class schedule, choose the class you want to take, press book and then it adds to your phone’s calendar. Doesn’t get more straight forward than that. It’s hard to scroll to view the full daily schedule without clicking into a class. Please stop this or at least have FaceID option! ### 3/5 — Keeps freezing *2020-03-07* Im a new member but I have to say the app keeps freezing on me, some instances it won’t change studios and Id love to see a feature where you can pull up your favorite instructor to see when they’re teaching next. ### 3/5 — Check in button should be more prominent. *2019-10-21* In some ways the new version is better, but it has definitely missed some opportunities to improve UX; especially with regards to the accessibility and design/location of the check in button. In the previous version, the check in button was large and easy to find, which came in handy as you moved through the line at the front desk. The studio is often extremely busy and processing guests efficiently should be a priority. The new check in button is smaller and not labeled (instead it looks like a tiny bar code/ID card.) This lack of attention to what a user will need quick access to is a flaw that should be addressed in order to avoid longer, slower lines and frustrated patrons. ### 3/5 — App *2019-09-03, version 4.2.5001* It will not connect to my calendar.
